These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “GTC”) define the rules of cooperation between

and the entity purchasing services or products, hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”.

These GTC apply to all offers, orders, deliveries and services performed
by the Seller, unless otherwise agreed by the parties in writing.
Placing an order by the Customer constitutes full acceptance of these GTC.
The Seller conducts sales exclusively in B2B (business-to-business) relations.
The basis for commencing order execution is the Customer’s acceptance of the offer in the form of:

The Customer bears full responsibility for the correctness, completeness and compliance of the provided
technical documentation.
The Seller is not obliged to perform structural, functional or
strength analyses of the documentation provided by the Customer.
In the event of discrepancies between 2D documentation, a 3D model or other data
provided by the Customer, the arrangements contained in the offer or order confirmation shall prevail.
Any changes to the documentation after the commencement of execution require written confirmation
and may result in changes to the price and delivery time.
The Seller provides services related to:
Materials used for order execution are provided by the Seller,
unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
Production is carried out in accordance with the documentation provided by the Customer.
If dimensional tolerances are not specified, ISO 2768 standard shall apply,
unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
In the absence of detailed information regarding materials, surface finish,
heat treatment, coatings or other technical parameters, the Seller shall apply standard
technological solutions in accordance with industry practice.
The Customer is responsible for the correctness of the design, functionality of the parts, safety
of application and compliance of the design with applicable regulations.
The Seller is in the process of implementing and developing a quality management system compliant
with ISO 9001 requirements.
As part of order execution, the following may be carried out:

The scope of additional quality documentation requires prior agreement
at the quotation stage and may be subject to additional charges.
At the Customer’s request, material certificates may be provided.
Material certificates and additional quality requirements may be subject to additional charges.

The Seller shall not be liable for delays resulting from:
Delivery is carried out in accordance with the arrangements contained in the offer or order confirmation.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to the Customer:
The Customer is obliged to inspect the shipment upon receipt and report any
damage to the carrier.
Complaints must be submitted within 3 business days from the date of receipt of the order.

In the event that a complaint is accepted, the Seller may:
The Seller’s liability is limited solely to the net value of the order
to which the complaint relates.
The Customer acknowledges that the CNC production process may result in the occurrence of
natural technological traces such as:
Unless expressly specified in the documentation or offer,
the above characteristics shall not constitute grounds for complaint.
The goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been made.
In the event of payment delays, the Seller has the right to:
The Customer’s technical documentation is treated as confidential and may not be disclosed
to third parties without the Customer’s consent.
CNC programs, technological processes, tooling and technological solutions
developed by the Seller remain its property, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
The Seller has the right to use photos, visualizations and information regarding
completed projects in marketing materials, portfolio presentations and social media,
unless the Customer has previously reserved the confidentiality of the project.
Force majeure shall mean events beyond the Seller’s control, in particular:

The Seller shall not be liable for:
The Seller’s liability is limited solely to the net value of the order
to which the claim relates.
In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
Any disputes arising from the cooperation between the parties shall be settled by the court having jurisdiction
over the Seller’s registered office.
The Seller reserves the right to update these GTC.
