At AMS CNC Wizards, we don’t do average. We design and manufacture the most demanding, high-precision parts for clients all over the world — and possibly even beyond it. The components we produce are made to operate in extreme conditions: in aerospace, defense, medical, energy industries, and more. Here, there’s no room for compromise.
Our ambition is to be at the very top of the CNC services industry — and we are committed to that path. We’re building the company from the ground up so that every part of it — from documentation and workflow to the quality of execution — is perfected down to the smallest detail. When a client walks through our door, they should feel like they’ve entered a truly exceptional place.

Join AMS CNC Wizards – a place where technology begins with a well-designed process.
We are looking for a Technologist for quotations and process preparation — someone who can combine technical knowledge with analytical and process-oriented thinking.
Someone who can read a technical drawing like a book, understand the production process from the first roughing allowance to the final inspection — and turn this into a clear, realistic, and precise manufacturing technology for quotations.
AMS receives an increasing number of quotation requests, and we need a person who can prepare machining technologies quickly, logically, and accurately.
This is a key role — because every production begins with a well-prepared technological concept.
If you enjoy analyzing parts, selecting processes, finding optimal solutions, and naturally think like a technologist — you’ll feel at home here.
1. Scope of responsibilities
1) Developing machining technologies for quotation purposes
2) Estimating machining times and preparing technological data for pricing
3) Selecting the appropriate machine, machining strategy, and sequence of operations
4) Analyzing technical drawings, project requirements, and critical part characteristics
5) Selecting tools or verifying tools available in AMS
6) Maintaining consistent technological standards across AMS
7) Supporting the creation of procedures and checklists related to quotation processes
2. Attitude and approach
1) Independence, responsibility, and high accuracy
2) Logical, analytical, and process-oriented thinking
3) Willingness to work based on checklists, procedures, and clearly defined standards — we work systematically
4) Desire to learn and openness to new technologies, tools, and working methods

2) Very good knowledge of machining technologies: milling, turning, EDM, WEDM
3) Ability to select tools and machining strategies for optimal efficiency
4) Very good knowledge of technical drawings: tolerances, fits, surface finish, datums
5) Knowledge of material requirements and their behavior during machining
6) Analytical thinking and the ability to solve technological problems
7) Ability to use a computer and work in the Windows environment
