Printing Machine G-1

The G-1 is a rotogravure printing machine designed for printing on cellulose and polyamide sausage casings using a single color (printing three rolls of casings simultaneously) with rotogravure technology. The machine was developed and adapted for high-volume production in a 24/7 work cycle while maintaining very high and consistent print quality.

Printing Machine G-2

The G-2 is a rotogravure printing machine designed for printing on cellulose and polyamide sausage casings using a single color (printing three rolls of casings from one side or two rolls from both sides simultaneously) with rotogravure technology. The machine is built and optimized for high-volume production in a 24/7 operation cycle while maintaining very high and consistent print quality.

The machine features a system for changing and splicing the casing during operation without stopping the machine.

Casing Humidifier

The presented AMS humidifier model is designed for humidifying and rewinding collagen, cellulose, and polyamide casings before the shirring process. In designing the device, we implemented the latest solutions and technologies available on the market. Special attention was given to ensuring that our machine is user-friendly and easy to operate, while also maintaining high efficiency.
